Happy to have you here! I’m glad that you have taken this step toward mental wellness. In today’s world we are all trying our best to deal with new or increased stressors. Everyone deserves to have someone they can talk to during these difficult times. I am here to collaborate with you on your goals and begin the path of healing.

After obtaining my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Loyola University New Orleans, I gained over eight years of experience in the counseling field through the school, agency and addiction rehabilitation settings. I see adult clients and specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, school/job burnout and family/relationship conflict.

I believe in collaborating with my clients to curate a customized treatment plan based on the unique needs and goals that come up in our sessions.

I have experience working with children, teens, and adults through obtaining my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Holy Cross.

As each person is unique, I use an eclectic approach to counseling which means I pull from various modalities to meet my clients’ needs. Therapy is a collaborative effort; my role is to provide ongoing support through your healing.
